John 10: 22-30

  • 22 ) And it was at Jerusalem the feast of the dedication, and it was winter.

  • 23 ) And Jesus walked in the temple in Solomon's porch.

  • 24 ) Then came the Jews round about him, and said unto him, How long do you make us to doubt? If you be the Christ, tell us plainly.

  • 25 ) Jesus answered them, I told you, and all of you believed not: the works that I do in my Father's name, they bear witness of me.

  • 26 ) But all of you believe not, because all of you are not of my sheep, as I said unto you.

  • 27 ) My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:

  • 28 ) And I give unto them eternal life, and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.

  • 29 ) My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all, and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand.

  • 30 ) I and my Father are one.

  • 22 ) അനന്തരം യെരൂശലേമിൽ പ്രതിഷ്ഠോത്സവം ആചരിച്ചു, അന്നു ശീതകാലമായിരുന്നു.

  • 23 ) യേശു ദൈവലായത്തിൽ ശലോമോന്റെ മണ്ഡപത്തിൽ നടന്നുകൊണ്ടിരുന്നു.

  • 24 ) യെഹൂദന്മാർ അവനെ വളഞ്ഞു: നീ എത്രത്തോളം ഞങ്ങളെ ആശിപ്പിക്കുന്നു? നീ ക്രിസ്തു എങ്കിൽ സ്പഷ്ടമായി പറക എന്നു അവനോടു പറഞ്ഞു.

  • 25 ) യേശു അവരോടു ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞതു: “ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളോടു പറഞ്ഞിട്ടുണ്ടു, എങ്കിലും നിങ്ങൾ വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നില്ല, എന്റെ പിതാവിന്റെ നാമത്തിൽ ഞാൻ ചെയ്യുന്ന പ്രവൃത്തികൾ എനിക്കു സാക്ഷ്യം ആകുന്നു.

  • 26 ) നിങ്ങളോ എന്റെ ആടുകളുടെ കൂട്ടത്തിലുള്ളവരല്ലായ്കയാൽ വിശ്വസിക്കുന്നില്ല. എന്റെ ആടുകൾ എന്റെ ശബ്ദം കേൾക്കുന്നു,

  • 27 ) ഞാൻ അവയെ അറികയും അവ എന്നെ അനുഗമിക്കയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.

  • 28 ) ഞാൻ അവെക്കു നിത്യജീവൻ കൊടുക്കുന്നു, അവ ഒരുനാളും നശിച്ചു പോകയില്ല, ആരും അവയെ എന്റെ കയ്യിൽ നിന്നു പിടിച്ചുപറിക്കയും ഇല്ല.

  • 29 ) അവയെ തന്നിരിക്കുന്ന എന്റെ പിതാവു എല്ലാവരിലും വലിയവൻ, പിതാവിന്റെ കയ്യിൽ നിന്നു പിടിച്ചുപറിപ്പാൻ ആർക്കും കഴികയില്ല

  • 30 ) ഞാനും പിതാവും ഒന്നാകുന്നു.”
